Liberate Employee Survey

The purpose of this survey is to help measure specific areas of employee satisfaction on the job. This is the baseline for measuring the success of a pilot management training program. The development and implementation of the pilot program is a requirement for my graduating in August 2001 from St Mary's College with my B.A. in Management. The input will be compiled for an overall view of the answers. The combined data will be shared with Liberate management and included in the senior project. All answers are anonymous and completely confidential.
